Led a complete digital transformation that repositioned IT from a support function to a proactive business partner. Built a digital backbone that enabled innovation instead of blocking it.
Following an internal assessment, I proposed and led a comprehensive IT reset to address critical modernisation needs. This transformation touched every aspect of the IT function — from strategy and partnerships to architecture and operating model. The goal wasn't just to upgrade systems, but to fundamentally reshape how IT served the business.
Established a robust IT strategy, evaluated and transitioned external partnerships, and designed a new technical architecture that provided flexibility and scalability. Revolutionising Employee Management with People Connect. I envisioned and designed People Connect to revolutionise H&M's employee management, ensuring GDPR compliance with efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a touch of fun. By rethinking and digitising the entire Employee Life Cycle, from conception through design and implementation, I transformed a complex challenge into a beautiful, seamless business solution.
This innovative project showcases how thoughtful design can merge regulatory requirements with engaging user experiences.
Delivered global transformation programs connecting stores, warehouses, and people. From manual to automated. From reactive to data-driven.
Held technical responsibility for the successful implementation of core initiatives within H&M's largest IT transformation program, overseeing both global and local execution. Key projects included:
Shift Store: Led the design and deployment of new infrastructure, point-of-sale (POS) system, VOIP, and store logistics solutions. This included introducing detailed garment tracking, enabling cross-channel returns, and establishing real-time data flow for enhanced operational efficiency.
FLOW: Spearheaded the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS), replacing manual processes such as pick-lists with automated solutions like voice-directed picking and pick-by-light technology, facilitating a fully paperless workflow.
Designed, built, and deployed enterprise integration solution connecting critical business systems. Transformed fragmented data flows into seamless, automated processes.
Led the design and implementation of comprehensive integration for Message, connecting disparate business systems into a unified ecosystem. This involved mapping complex data flows and building robust integration that enabled real-time information exchange across the retail landscape.
Delivered end-to-end integration from initial design through development, testing, and production deployment. Focused on creating scalable, maintainable solution that reduced manual data handling, eliminated silos, and provided a foundation for future digital initiatives.

Partnered with Wunderwear to envision and design a comprehensive retail landscape that would support their growth ambitions and evolving customer expectations. This involved mapping the entire retail value chain, identifying gaps in current capabilities, and designing an integrated architecture that connected e-commerce, physical stores, inventory management, and customer experience platforms.
Served as trusted advisor and independent second opinion throughout the solution and partner selection process. Evaluated technology vendors, assessed platform capabilities against business requirements, and provided strategic recommendations that balanced innovation with practical implementation. My role was to ensure decisions were driven by business value and long-term sustainability, not vendor promises or short-term trends. The result was a clear roadmap and confident partner choices that positioned Wunderwear for scalable, sustainable growth.
